Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered. The cost of return shipping and any other associated fees are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. 

When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

In order to return an item correctly, please follow these conditions:
- Email hello@mantilini.com to note your return item
- Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with its original packaging 
- Return your items to us using a tracked service

Faulty or Damaged Items: 

We pack our prints incredibly carefully and ensure sufficiently robust packaging. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@mantilini.com with a photo of the damage and we will resolve the issue for you.
